Dianne Nicole Sullivan

Dianne was born and raised in Belleville, New Jersey.  Her father, an Army veteran, was a mathematics professor at Farleigh Dickinson University, and her mother worked as an administrative assistant.  Dianne attended Seton Hall University in South Orange New Jersey, earning her B.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences with honors in 1997.  She also attended one year at Seton Hall Law School before moving to Arizona in 1998, finishing her law degree at Arizona State University.

Dianne began her law career as an assistant city prosecutor in Phoenix, where she successfully prosecuted DUI, domestic violence, and other misdemeanor cases.  She left the prosecutor’s office in 2003.  After working briefly for a large criminal defense firm as well as the Maricopa County Public Defender’ Office, Dianne opened Sullivan Law Office, a small boutique law firm which prides itself in a high level of customer service.  It is important that our clients feel that we truly care about the outcome of their cases.  Sullivan Law Office handles all types of criminal law cases, including DUI, felony defense, drug cases, theft and burglary cases, as well as appeals and post-conviction relief.  We also handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, pre and post-nuptial agreements, paternity, mediation, and appeals.

Dianne also volunteers her time in the legal community on a regular basis.  She received a pro bono services award from Seton Hall Law School for her volunteer work with indigent criminal defendants.  She participates in the Volunteer Lawyers program, which provides free legal services to indigent people for divorce and custody cases.  She also participates regularly in the Wills for Heroes Program, which provides free estate planning for law enforcement agencies.

Dianne is divorced and shares custody of her two children.
